Heritage offers a safe, effective and totally chemical FREE way to store your artworks, collections, or personal memorabilia by using a system known as Oxygen Free or Low Oxygen storage. Insects - extremes in temperature or extremes in moisture (too much or too little) are the major causes of damage to priceless artworks, collections and personal memorabilia. These effects can be minimised by proper storage techniques. Low Oxygen storage is ideal for a wide range of items from antique furniture to paintings and carvings and even wedding dresses or childrens mementos that you want to preserve for future memories. If the item can be wrapped it can be preserved in this way regardless of size shape or material. A specially formulated plastic wrapping is used to completely encase the item in a sealed environment from which as much Oxygen and Moisture as possible is removed. The lack of Oxygen prevents moisture damage, extremes in tremperature variation (within reason) and also guarantees that any pests or insects are completely erradicated from the item.
